London Folk Tales for Children

I am very proud to be one of the contributors to this wonderful childrens’ book by Anne Johnson and Sef Townsend. The book is targeted at children from 7 to 12 years old and each of the ten chapters tells the story of a different person.

EAST story telling group, co-founded by Sef Townsend, is a fantastic multicultural group which is dedicated to making sure our cultural heritage lives on. Through my performances with the group, I have told folk stories from around the world. I have also been sharing my own story - my journey from one side of the world to another, many miles away.

Now I am thrilled to be able to tell my story to children through this lovely book.
